Get in on some much needed sun-warmed yoga in the sand. Feel the sea breeze on your skin while you flow through space. Your Ujjayi Breath with come most naturally as you listen in on the sounds of waves crashing through your practive. Be surrounded by the elements while you connect to how your body feels. 

Bring your most delicious, healthy foods to enjoy a picnic with each other afterwards. Please plan to bring your own food and beverages. If you are feeling like sharing something with the group, of course, you are free to!

Bring a yoga mat, WATER, sunscreen and/or sun protective clothing, and if you want to go for a swim bring your swim stuff and towel.
