Pilates Beginner

This class is focused on practicing and connecting with the foundational classical Pilates movements. Focus is on posture awareness, core strengthening and breath. This is the perfect class to start your Pilates journey and is even great for more advanced clients who wish to get back to basics. Mat work, Reformer, Wunda Chair, Cadillac, High and Low Barrel apparatus are varied from class to class.
