Pilates Intermediate challenges the body as you work through level 2-4 of the classical exercises. This workout develops internal power, flexibility and grace. You will flex, twist and extend your body utilizing a mixture of Mat, Reformer, Wunda Chair, Cadillac, High and Low Barrel apparatus.
