Meet Megan

 

 

For my own journey and for those I have to pleasure to assist on theirs, I owe much of my realization to movement. Movement has been key in decoding the greater mysteries of the body and furthermore life.

Conscious moving internalized to conscious thinking. Conscious thinking externalized to my being of service. 

I feel naturally inclined to help others live life with more awareness, freedom and fun. My values are deep rooted in connection to self, nature, and community.

I aim for holistic optimization, longevity, and balance. How we move, think, and eat can be to our advantage.

I vote for nourishment.

An avid mover, adventurer, and explorer, Megan enjoys bringing movement and balance into others' lives. Megan's teaching style is influenced by her extensive experience and education in dance, Yoga, Pilates, and fitness.

A life-long dance background has given her a skilled eye for proper technique and form. Her creative and passionate approach to instruction is supported by a strong personal practice.

While her classes are welcoming to all levels, she will ensure you personally challenge your mental, physical, and inner-self explorations. Students leave her classes feeling a heightened sense of clarity and openness. Out of the studio, Megan pursues her passions for the arts, travel, and living the healthy life one beautiful day at a time.
